Our room was decent size and stylish provided with a great view with huge windows and a well kept garden, as for instance. This accommodation was in the remote location in the beautiful surrounding nature.

Our room itself was beautifully maintained and brand-new with a wonderful view to a well kept garden.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The air-conditioned rooms at Balai Serama Guesthouse were a lifesaver in the hot and humid weather. Super comfy and perfect for a good night's sleep. As someone who prefers cooler temperatures, I absolutely loved it!

Personally, I found the interconnecting rooms a bit less appealing. I prefer having a more private space, but I can see how it could be a great option for families or larger groups who want to stay close together.

The rooms were beautifully designed, with hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was magnificent and close to all activities, making it convenient to go everywhere. I really enjoyed this hotel and will definitely come back again.

View is superb.

We stay in a double room quite often, it is modern and nicely decorated. The staff is especially helpful and friendly, and the owner too.

the breakfast offered was delicious and savoury with a great view and yoghurt. my room included a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area.

The room had a stunning view of the garden 🌿, and the bed was super comfy. the bathroom was also really spacious!

Cozy beds and a coffee maker, along with a dining area and a comfy seating space. Awesome location right in the heart of the town, close to all the cool tourist spots! 🌟
